Working here

The City of London is an Investors in People organisation. Employees benefit from a wide range of staff discounts on services and leisure activities within the City, a childcare voucher scheme, a family advice service, as well as the local authority pension scheme.

We provide an Occupational Health Service to provide advice on the effects of work on health and health on work. Learning and development is a high priority, with a range of in-house courses - as well as external training - on offer.

There are also many sports and leisure activities organised by employees, ranging from the wine academy to the karate club. The City of London has clearly defined policies and procedures, set out in an employee handbook which allows staff to know what is expected of them.
