If you are interested in a talk or lecture about individual
works of art or aspects of the collection, this can be arranged for

There are no refreshment facilities within the Gallery itself,
but there are many restaurants, sandwich shops and wine bars in the
neighbourhood which are open weekday lunchtimes as well as the
cafeterias and restaurants of the Museum of London and the Barbican
Centre which remain open at weekends.
Entry to the amphitheatre is included in the

Art Classes
The Gallery hosts a regular Drop-in Art Class and an Evening Art
Course. Information on classes when available can be found in
News and Events.
Schools
Guildhall Art Gallery welcomes visits from schools and there is
no charge for School Groups. Please see the
Schools programme 2009-2010 (80kb). All School

recommended to make an advance visit and to discuss their

the Sales and Information desk at a cost of £6.95 each. A
publication entitled Lifting the Lid on Art which includes a
customised supplement about the Gallery is also available at

New River Head Teachers' Pack A1
